I ran into a billing issue that Sebastian handled in no time. I was pretty frustrated at first, but after he helped me out in customer service, I'm now satisfied with the refund I got.

I signed up for a service meant to help find people, and it cost about $5.00. Sadly, I forgot to cancel my subscription during the three-day trial because of my illness. To my shock, after 15 months, I found out I had been billed roughly $30.00 each month, adding up to around $500. Even though I only did one search, the company wouldn’t refund me for more than one month’s fee. Over those 15 months, I didn’t get any notice that the charges would keep coming. This seems to be a common issue, as shown by the company's poor BBB rating and a bunch of negative reviews. It’s clear that they’re taking advantage of folks who don’t know better. They could’ve easily shot out an email reminder about the ongoing charges after the trial ended, but they choose not to, probably to keep people from canceling. This company really ought to be hit with a class action lawsuit for their shady practices. I’m set on contacting regulatory bodies to help put a stop to this nonsense.
